Balancing Life and Career — Down to a Science

Balancing Life and Career“Where you work,” means more than your place of employment; it includes your
home, neighborhood, community, social circle and environment. The “living” side
of the coin is just as important as the “working” side.

Life in central Wisconsin comes with a wide variety of options — for year-round
outdoor enthusiasts, music and theatre lovers, first-time homebuyers, or those starting
a family. Free from urban congestion and pressures, and yet a short drive to major
cities, central Wisconsin offers inviting, historic neighborhoods and country homes
with low costs of living; abundant land, trails and roads for cyclists, bikers, hikers,
cross-country skiers, snowmobilers and hunters; a wealth of lakes, rivers and streams
for boaters and anglers; plus many annual events and everyday sources of nightlife
and entertainment.
